The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular (The Scope Of This Order Covers The Road And Electrical Sectors): 1) Reconstruction Of The Road Route, 2) Clearing Of Greenery, 3) Demolition Works, 4) Earthworks, 5) Protection Of Power Cables, 6) Construction Of The Substructure, 7) Reconstruction Of The Road Surface, 8) Reconstruction Of Exits, 9) Road Safety Elements, 10) Construction Of Lighting, 11) Network Protection Telecommunications, 12) Construction Of An Eco-Crossing - Bridge Industry. The Scope Includes The Expansion Of The Road From Km 2+200 To Km 4+180. The Bicycle Path Was Entirely Constructed In Previous Years. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Approved By The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, As Well As In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.5. The Contractor, Without Additional Remuneration, Undertakes To: 1) Perform All Preparatory Works, Including Cleaning Works, Organization And Maintenance Of The Construction Site, Provide An Energy Connection For The Needs Of The Construction Site And Bear The Costs Of Their Consumption, 2) Mark And Secure The Construction Site, 3) Bear All Costs Of Research, Expert Opinions And Opinions Necessary To Assess The Quality Of The Works And Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, 4) Bear The Costs Related To The Acceptance Of The Completed Works, 5) Dispose Of Materials From The Demolition Of Elements Concrete, Including Excess Soil From Excavations In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) Owned By The Contractor And The Management Of Milling Materials Owned By The Ordering Party On The Designed Roadsides And The Transport Of The Remaining Milling Materials To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At A Distance Not Greater Than Than 15 Km From The Investment Being Carried Out, 6) Preparing A Traffic Management Project For The Duration Of The Works Before Entering The Construction Site, 7) In The Event Of Damage To Devices Or Their Parts (Including Water And Sewage Networks, Electricity, Electrotechnical, Drainage Devices And Municipal Roads) During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order - Repairing Them And Restoring Them To Their Original Condition, 8) Covering The Costs Of Possible Compensation For Entering The Land And Destroying Crops, 9) Covering Any Dismantling Costs, Installation Or Repair Of Property Fences And Other Damage To Existing Structures And Land Development Elements, 10) Covering The Co
