The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Constituting The Modernization Of The Existing Main Switchboard, Including Equipping It (Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning) With A Power Generator (Generate) And The Performance Of Other Accompanying Construction Works For Building B Of The Institute Of Natural Fibers And Medicinal Plants - National Research Institute At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 71B In Poznań.2. The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Order Do Not Require A Building Permit And Include Multi-Sector Works (Basically Two Industries, I.E. General Construction And Electrical Works). The Technical Description Of The Works That Are The Subject Of This Procedure, Including Their Type And Scope, Is Determined By A Set Of Documents Constituting Appendices To The Swz, Called Technical And Descriptive Documentation.3. The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Related To The Implementation Of This Order Also Includes Additional Services Related To The Commencement, Performance And Completion Of Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order (Works), Including: 1) Obtaining, Purchasing And Delivering To The Place Of Execution Of The Order (Construction Site) The Necessary Materials And Construction Equipment, Including A Brand New Power Generator, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, Referred To In Section Section 1 Above, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Technical And Descriptive Documentation; 2) Selection, Assignment To The Implementation Of Works And Maintaining Throughout The Implementation Of The Works Appropriate Work Execution Staff, Including Managerial Staff In The Person Of A Construction Manager With Authorizations To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction In A Specialty Authorizing To Manage Construction Works In The General Construction Industry And A Works Manager With Authorizations To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction In Specialty Entitling To Manage Construction Works In The General Construction Industry Without Restrictions (One Person) And Works In The Electrical Industry Without Restrictions (One Person), And The Duties Of The General Construction Industry Manager May Also Be Performed By The Same Person Who Will Perform The Functions Of The Construction Manager; 3) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; 4) Granting The Ordering Party A Minimum Of 36 Months Warranty (Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Referred To In § 13 Section 5 - 14 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Contract Template), Constituting Annex No. 8 Of The Swz) Of Construction Works Performed Under This Order, As Well As Construction Materials And Equipment Built-In, Installed Or Otherwise Used In The Execution Of These Works, The Power Generator Referred To In Section 1 Above;5) Removal Of All Defects And Defects Under The Warranty Granted And Under The Liability Under The Warranty For Defects;6) Other Specified In The Technical And Descriptive Documentation
