Street Ostrowskiego 9/108, 53-238 Wrocław, Consisting Of The Following Studies:  Construction Design,  Technical Design, E) In The Case In Which The Decisions, Changes And Explanations Resulting From The Answers Provided To The Contractors Inquiries Have Not Been Introduced Into The Investment Documents Indicated In Point From A) To D) They Are Binding For The Contractor To Apply, F) Decisions, Changes And Explanations Resulting From The Answers Provided To The Contractors Inquiries Are Of Paramount Importance In Relation To The Original Provisions Of The Investment Documents, G) Lump Sum Calculation Prepared By The Contractor (Offer Cost Estimate).3. Documents Listed In Point 2 Constitute The Basis For The Implementation Of Construction And Other Works Covered By The Contract. The Requirements Specified In At Least One Of The Above-Mentioned Documents Are Binding On The Contractor.4. The Contractor Based On The Documents Listed In Point 2 Letter A) – D), Has All The Information Necessary To Sign A Contract With A Fixed Lump Sum Remuneration.5. The Project Takes Into Account Accessibility Requirements For Disabled People.7.
