It Includes Repairing Walls And Ceilings, Painting Works, Dismantling Selected Wooden And Steel Door Frames, Cleaning And Grinding Stairs And Platforms Made Of Terrazzo, Filling Gaps Between The Stairs And Walls With Material With Properties Similar To The Existing Terrazzo, Replacing Existing Balustrade Handrails With New Steel Handrails, Dismantling Existing Wooden Strips, Making Cement Plinths, Extending The Roof Hatch Ladder And Its Adjustment And Checking The Stability Of The Structure, Waste Collection And Disposal. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Opz, Design Documentation, Stwiorb And The Draft Contract. These Documents Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract.
