The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of Technical Infrastructure In The Ciechocinek Nature Reserve And The Ciechocinek Natura 2000 Area Plh040019 - Reconstruction Of The Water Facility, I.E. Ditch A, Consisting In The Construction Of Two Gates (Z1 And Z2) Within The Ditch A And The Construction Of An Outlet From The Culvert (Pp) In The Ciechocinek Nature Reserve, On The Plot No. Registration Number 100/5, District 0001 Ciechocinek, Ciechocinek Commune And For The Construction Of A Water Facility, I.E. Ditch B With Two Thresholds (P1 And P2) And A Culvert (Pp) In The Ciechocinek Nature Reserve, Including In Particular: A. Construction Of A New Wooden Gate, 1.1 M High, On The Existing Ditch Along With The Opposite Embankment, B. Construction Of A New Wooden Gate, 1 M High, In The Final Part Of The Existing Ditch With Connecting Embankments, C. Construction Of A New Ditch With A Length Of Approx. 95 M, D. Construction Of A Culvert With A Diameter Of 0.60 M, Pipe Length Of 10 M, E. Construction Of Damming Sills On The New Section Of The Ditch In 1/3 And 2/3 Of Its Length.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract And The Method And Deadlines For Their Implementation Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract And Opz.3. The Minimum Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is 5 Years, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Agreement.
