1. The Scope Of Works Includes The Renovation Of The Street Surface. Wodeckiego On A 185 Meter Long Section. The Works Will Consist In Replacing The Bituminous Surface, Including The Installation Of A Binding Layer Of The Ac16w Mineral-Asphalt Mixture, 6 Cm Thick, And A Wearing Course Of The Ac11s Mixture, 4 Cm Thick, Along With The Replacement Of Curbs. Additionally, The Task Envisages The Construction Of A Sidewalk On A Section Of 121.3 Meters. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 10 To The Swz, I.E. Bill Of Quantities And An Illustrative Map, Hereinafter Referred To As Technical Documentation. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793, As Amended), The Ordering Party Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Pzp, Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Technical Documentation.
