1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Related To The Desilting, Reclamation, Strengthening And Development Of A Water Reservoir Located In The Town Of Wyszomierz, On Plot No. 41. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works, Including Drainage Of The Reservoir, Removal Of Bushes And Performance Of Necessary Measurement Works; 2) Earthworks Related To The Removal Of Silt, Shaping The Bottom And Slopes Of The Reservoir And Transport And Management Of Excavated Material;3) Protection And Reinforcement Of Slopes, Including Protection Against Erosion And Animal Activity, Using Materials Provided For In The Design Documentation;4) Finishing And Recultivation Works, Including Tidying Up The Area And Restoring The Vegetation. The Aim Of The Order Is To Improve Water Retention, Increase The Usable Capacity Of The Reservoir, Protect Its Slopes And Improve The Environmental And Landscape Values Of The Area.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Documentation - Notification Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, And 2) Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
