The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes: 1) Preparatory Works, 2) Works On Various Surfaces: Sports Surface, Concrete Pavement Surface, Edges) 3) Sports Equipment - Purchase, Delivery And Assembly 4) Construction Of Ball Catchers 5) Small Architecture - Purchase, Delivery And Assembly 6) Execution Of Plantings 7) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In Three Copies, Including: A) Acceptance Reports, Test Reports, Measurement Reports And Other Necessary Protocols Confirming The Correct Execution Of Construction And Installation Works During Construction, B) Surveying Report, C) Material Cards, D) As-Built Cost Estimates, E) Drawings And Descriptions Supplementing The Project For The Implementation Of The Facility, If Any. As-Built Documentation Must Be Complete And Signed By The Construction Manager And Approved By The Investors Supervision Inspector8) Provision Of Surveying Services 9) Extending Or Obtaining New Industry Arrangements Enabling The Execution Of Works10) Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Map3. The Detailed Opz Was Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz: Design Documentation, Stwiorb And, Additionally, In The Bill Of Quantities.4. Wherever The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Adds The Words Or Equivalent To These References In The Absence Of A Specific Term. If The Names Of Manufacturers, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials, Devices Or Technologies Are Indicated In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Or Other Procurement Documents, They Should Be Treated As Examples. The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions, I.E. Those That Ensure At Least The Same Technical, Quality, Functional And Functional Parameters.
