1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of A Road To Agricultural Land At Ul. Wałowa In Marzęcino - Stage Iii. The Scope Of Work Includes The Reconstruction Of The Road Ul. Wałowa In Marzęcino, On A Section Of Approx. 180 Meters. In The Area Covered By The Documentation, The Existing Road Has A Surface Made Of Yomb Concrete Slabs In A Two-Track System With A Variable Width Of Approximately 3.00 M. The Road Includes Water Supply, Telecommunications, Electricity And Road Lighting Networks. The Designed Section Of The Road Is Planned To Be Made Of Solid Concrete Slabs. The Width Of The Road Will Be 4.5 M. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Construction Works: - Demolition Of Existing Road Surfaces And Exits, - Construction Of Road Surfaces And Exits From Concrete Road Slabs, - Construction Of Fillings Between Concrete Slabs, - Construction Of Roadside Surfaces Made Of Aggregate, - Cutting Down Trees And Bushes Colliding With The Investment, - Others Resulting From The Design Documentation. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For Execution And Acceptance Of Works. Construction And Bills Of Quantities As Supporting Documents Constituting Annexes To The Swz (Annex No. 11). The Contractor Should Treat The Bill Of Quantities Prepared By The Employer As An Information Document That He May Use, But Is Not Obliged To Do So.2. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Comprehensive Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Entitled: Construction Of The Municipal Road Ul. Wałowa In Marzęcino As Well As The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 2) Execution Of Construction Works In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, Implementing Regulations To The Above-Mentioned. The Act, Other Applicable Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, Current Polish Standards And Industry Norms And Relevant Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, 3) Performance Of Construction Works Using Own Materials And Equipment. All Materials And Devices Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Should Have Appropriate Certificates, Technical Approvals And Attestations And Must Meet The Necessary Requirements In Accordance With Polish Standards. To Carry Out The Investment, New Materials Approved For Use In Construction Must Be Used, Meeting The Conditions Specified In The Construction Products Act Of April 16, 2014 And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, 4) Provision Of Surveying And Geotechnical Services, 5) Development Of The Construction Site And Its Protection, 6) Performance Of Temporary Works That May Be Needed During The Performance Of Basic Works, 7) Marking Of The Construction Site Or Other Places Where Basic And Temporary Works Are To Be Carried Out, 8) Presenting Relevant Documents Related To The Transport Of Waste Generated During The Imple
