The Task Is Implemented As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026 Adopted By Resolution No. 72 Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 27, 2025 (M.P. Of 2025, Item 541).3. The Task Involves The Renovation Of Part Of The Basement Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Zwardoń (Zwardoń 2B, 34-373 Zwardoń) In Order To Create An Emergency Shelter. This Task Includes, Among Others: 1) Renovation And Construction Works Of Rooms, Including: • Replacement Of The Floor, • Renovation Of Walls And Ceilings, • Renovation Of The Staircase, • Replacement And Installation Of Door Joinery (Including Entrance And Emergency Doors) 2) Renovation And Construction Works Of The Sanitary Part, Including: • Renovation And Equipment Of Sanitary Facilities, • Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation, • Installation Of A Ventilation System, • Protection Of Existing Sanitary Installations. 3) Renovation And Construction Works Regarding: • Electrical Installations Of Emergency Shelter Rooms, • Evacuation Rooms, • Fire Protection Installations. 4. Note: The Facility Referred To Above Is Being Handed Over As A Construction Site Where Thermal Modernization Works Are Underway. These Works Will Be Continued During The Implementation Of This Task. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Work In A Manner That Does Not Interfere With The Operation Of The Facility/Business Conducted There; Take Into Account The Specificity Of The Schools Work, I.E. Ensure Uninterrupted Possibility Of Conducting Classes At The School In Accordance With The School Year Calendar, Taking Into Account Health And Safety Conditions And Fire Protection Regulations. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That Manual Workers Assigned By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Perform The Following Activities: Construction Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Are Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
