The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Playground On Part Of The Plot No. 284/4, Located In Budzyń At Osiedle Wierzbowe 7A, 64-840 Budzyń, Which Is The Seat Of The Local Government Toddler Club In Budzyń. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Turnkey Construction And Assembly Works, Including: 1. Preparatory And Measuring Works: Marking Out Geodetic Lines Separating The Investment Area, Securing The Existing Infrastructure And Greenery On The Active Premises Of The Educational Facility.2. Earthworks: Construction Of A Trough For Safe Surfaces, Formation Of The Hill Hill (Item 17/Pzt) From Native Soil, Tidying Up The Area After The Works.3. Construction Of A Safe Sand Surface: Approx. 250 M², Washed, Single-Fraction Sand, 1-2 Mm Fraction, Layer Thickness 30 Cm (40 Cm In Equipment Zones With A Free Fall Height Above 2 M), 4. Construction Of A Grass Surface: Approx. 520 M² – Digging, Raking, Sowing Grass With Rolling; The Grass Surface Is A Safe Surface For Devices Without A Free Fall Height (Use From Ground Level).5. Delivery And Assembly Of 19 Play Sets/Equipment And Elements Of Small Architecture (Item 1/Pzt–19/Pzt), Along With Foundations In Accordance With The Manufacturers Assembly Instructions And Technical Data Sheets Of The Devices.6. Planting Greenery: 4 Deciduous Trees (Norway Maple Or Small-Leaved Linden, Height 2–3 M, Trunk Circumference 14–16 Cm, With Root Ball) With Stabilization With Three Stakes And Gardening Tape; Planting Climbing Clematis Near The Pergola (Item 8/Pzt), In An Amount Adequate To Its Area, Seedlings With A Plant Passport.7. Installation Of A Board With Playground Regulations (Item 19/Pzt).8. Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed, Including Restoring The Surfaces Disturbed By Excavations/Embankments To Their Original Condition Or Developing Greenery. The Type, Number, Location And Detailed Technical Parameters (Dimensions, Safety Zones, Material Data, Standards) Of All Playground Equipment And Small Architecture Elements Are Specified In The Attached Land Development Plan (Pzt, Scale 1:250) Along With Technical Descriptions Of Individual Devices, Marked With Symbols 1/Pzt–19/Pzt, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Documentation. The Technical Parameters Indicated In The Documentation Constitute The Minimum Quality Standard Expected By The Ordering Party - The Contractor May Propose Equivalent Devices, With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given And Meeting The Standards Indicated In The Documentation, After Prior Approval Of The Ordering Party On The Basis Of Product Catalog Cards. Before Purchase And Assembly, The Contractor Will Present To The Ordering Party For Approval Catalog Cards Of The Devices Confirming The Comparability Of Parameters With The Design Documentation. All Playground Equipment Must Be New, Have Declarations Of Conformity/Certificates Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Of The Standards
