Żabno.2) The Investment Is Aimed At Improving Sports Infrastructure, Increasing The Accessibility Of The Facility For Residents And Supporting The Development Of Local Football Clubs.3) The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Implementation Of The Following Scope Of Work: A) Natural Grass Surface B) Small Architecture C) Construction Of Ball Catchers D) Field Lighting E) Removal Of Collisions With The Nnf Overhead Line) As-Built Inventory 4) The Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: • Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 4 To The Swz • Design Documentation - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, • Stwiorb - Annex No. 6 To The Swz, • Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz. Note! The Order Does Not Include The Installation Of The Pitch Irrigation System. Due To The Above, All Provisions Contained In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Stwiorb Relating To The Above-Mentioned Irrigation Installations For The Pitch Are Not Subject To Valuation.5) The Draft Contractual Provisions Adopt The Principle Of Lump Sum Remuneration, So The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Design Documentation Is Also Intended To Enable The Valuation Of Individual Elements Of The Works.6) The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor To Provide The Price For The Execution Of The Order As A Lump Sum Price, Which Includes The Execution Of All Elements Of The Order That Are The Subject Of The Drawing And Text Of The Order Documents, Including Vat Applicable On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer.7) The Ordering Party Requests, Before Signing The Contract With The Selected Contractor, That He Present A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate, Prepared On The Basis Of The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb And A Possible On-Site Visit Carried Out By The Contractor.8) In Addition, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Ensure That The Works Are Managed By Persons With Qualifications In Specialties Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entrusted Task And To Keep An Investment Implementation Log Or A Construction Log (If One Is Necessary) In Cooperation With The Supervision Inspector (If Appointed) B) Made Of Durable Material And Installing An Information Board Confirming Co-Financing Of The Task (The Pattern And Dimensions Of The Board Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Order Execution) Final Remarks: A) The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works Based On The Order Documentation, In Accordance With The Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works Specified In Stwiorb, With Due Diligence, In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations, Technical Norms, Standards, Rules Of Art Construction, Professional Ethics And The Terms Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract /Appendix No. 7/, B) To Perform The Works, The Contr
