Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of The Roof Of The Sports Hall

The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Roof Covering Of The Sports Hall Located On The Premises Of The Primary School In Poniszowice, Ul. Gliwicka 32, 44-172 Poniszowice. The Sports Hall Building Was Built In 2012 Using Traditional Brick Technology, With A Wooden Roof Structure. During The Use Of The Facility, Numerous Roofing Leaks Occurred. Despite Repeated Attempts At Repair, The Roof Was Not Permanently Sealed. Based On The Conducted Inventory, It Was Found That It Is Impossible To Effectively Repair The Existing Roof Covering. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A New Roof Covering Without Interfering With The Existing Structure Of The Building. The Existing Sandwich Panels Should Be Left And A New Cover Made Of 0.7 Mm Thick T18 Trapezoidal Sheet Metal, Light Gray In Color, Equipped With An Anti-Condensation Coating. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1. Installation Of Roof Battens With A Cross-Section Of 6X4 Cm, Pressure Impregnated, Laid Along The Sandwich Panels (From The Ridge To The Eaves) And Attached To The Existing Sandwich Panels At A Spacing Of 70 Cm, In Accordance With The Design Documentation. 2. Installation Of Roof Battens With A Cross-Section Of 6X4 Cm, Pressure Impregnated, Under The New Trapezoidal Sheet Covering, Attached To The Existing Sandwich Panels At A Spacing Of 40 Cm, In Accordance With The Design Documentation. 3. Construction Of A New Roof Covering From T18 Trapezoidal Sheet Metal, 0.7 Mm Thick, Light Gray In Color, With An Anti-Condensation Coating. 4. Execution Of New Sheet Metal Flashings, Including: O Ridge Flashings, O Wind Girders, O Under-Gutter Strip, O Chimney Flashings, O Roof Central Flashings, O Roof Hatch Flashings, O Covering The Side Walls Of Chimneys With Sheet Metal, O Making Flat Sheet Flashings Above The Chimneys On The Roof Slope, In Accordance With The Design Documentation. 5. Sealing And Adapting Existing Elements Passing Through The Roof Surface To The New Roof Covering. 6. Carrying Out All Accompanying And Auxiliary Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, Including Securing The Work Site, Transporting Materials, Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Work And Waste Disposal In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Construction Law, Technical Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. All Materials Used Should Have The Required Approvals, Certificates And Approvals For Use In Construction.
