Thermal Modernization Concerns A Public Utility Facility Located On Plot No. 710, Wydrzyn Area 4.2. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Insulation Of The Building Walls With Polystyrene And Associated Works. 2) Replacement Of 2 External Doors / Main Entrance And Emergency Entrance - Floor 4.3. The Contractors Tasks Also Include: 1) Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board With Dimensions Of 80X120 Cm In Accordance With The Template Available On The Website; Https://Www.Lodzkie.Pl/Rolnictwo/Lodzkie-Dla-Wsi.2) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation;3) Preparation Of As-Built Geodetic Inventory.4.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, Including Explanations Provided During The Public Procurement Procedure, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 2) Bill Of Quantities, Provided That If The Content Of The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Contains Any Provisions Regarding The Evidence In Question, Warranty Periods, On-Site Inspection Or Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular The Rules For The Introduction Of Additional Or Replacement Works, Acceptance Of Works, Method Of Settlement, Which Are Not Reflected In The Content Of This Swz And The Draft Contract Or Are Inconsistent With Them, The Provisions Of The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz Should Be Accepted As Binding.
