4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Students To Public Primary Schools Run By The Krośnice Commune In The Kuźnica Czeszycka School District In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 30, 2027. The Tenderers Duties Include: A) Transporting Students On School Days On Routes Constituting The Transport And Return Of Students To The School In Kuźnica - 810 Km Per Week. The Expected Total Number Of Transports Is Approximately 30,456 Km, And The Estimated Number Of Monthly Tickets Is 125; The Travel Routes And The List Of Students Covered By Transport Are Specified In Annexes No. 13 And 14 To The Terms Of Reference - Which Is Also An Annex To The Contract For The Above-Mentioned. B) Enabling Safe Entry And Exit From The Vehicle At Stops Indicated By The Ordering Party, C) Ensuring That Children Are Cared For By 2 Adults Per Vehicle Other Than The Driver, Who Have Completed A First Aid Course, Responsible For Safe Entry And Exit From The Vehicle At Designated Stops, Ensuring Appropriate Travel Conditions, I.E. Seats, Ensuring The Safety Of Students In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, D) Providing The Transported Students With Items Purchased By The Ordering Party Tickets, Appropriate Travel Conditions, I.E. Seats. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Priority Transport To Students Using Reduced-Price Monthly Tickets, E) To Provide Replacements In The Event That They Are Unable To Perform The Subject Of The Order Themselves. The Contractor Should Include Sponsored Trips For Children Of At Least 2,500 Km In The Price Of The Tender Offer (Exclusively From Its Own Funds). In Order To Carry Out Sponsored Kilometers, The Contractor Will Have A Bus With A Capacity Of At Least 50. The Vehicle Will Remain At The Disposal Of The School Principal Regardless Of Regular Transport And At Times Other Than Those Provided For In The School Timetable (Also Applies To Days Off From Work).
