The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing And Conducting A One-Day Conference For 60 People In Ciechanów As Part Of Cooperation At The Regional Level With Relevant National Organizations And Eu Networks In The Eu/Eea And Switzerland, Implemented As Part Of The Project Eures In The Masovian Region Regional 1 Co-Financed By The European Funds For Masovia 2021-2027 Program. The Theme Of The Conference Will Be: Working Safely In Europe With Eures. The Suggested Deadline For The Conference Is A Business Day In December 2026, But No Later Than December 14, 2026, Due To The End Of The Project Implementation Period. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Suggested Completion Date. Social Clauses: The Ordering Party: 1. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, For The Entire Duration Of The Order, A Person To Perform The Activities Of The Contract Coordinator, To The Detailed Extent Specified In The Contract Template. 2. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Perform Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor In Terms Of Meeting The Requirement Specified In Section 1. 3. The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled In Particular To: 3.1) Request Declarations And Documents Confirming Compliance With The Requirement Referred To In Section 1, And Assessing Them, In Particular: A) In Relation To The Person Referred To In Section 1 - Employment Contract And Other Documents Confirming The Performance Of Work, Including Documentation Related To Working Time And Scope Of Duties; 3.2) Request Explanations In Case Of Doubts As To The Fulfillment Of The Requirement Referred To In Section 1; 3.3) Carrying Out On-Site Inspections Of The Provision Of Services To The Extent Necessary To Confirm Compliance With The Requirement Referred To In Section 1. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, Within The Specified Deadline, To Submit Evidence Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Requirement To Employ The Person Referred To In Section 1, In Particular: 4.1) The Contractors Declaration Of Employment Under An Employment Contract Of A Person Being The Coordinator Of The Contract. This Declaration Should Include: A Precise Description Of The Entity Submitting The Declaration, The Date Of Submission Of The Declaration, An Indication That The Activities Covered By The Request Are Performed By A Person Employed Under An Employment Contract, Along With The Name And Surname Of This Person, The Type Of Employment Contract And The Working Hours, As Well As The Signature Of The Person Authorized To Submit The Declaration On Behalf Of The Contractor; 4.2) A Copy Of The Contract Of The Person Who Coordinates The Contract, Certified By The Contractor As A True Copy Of The Original (Together With A Document Regulating The Scope Of Duties, If Prepared).
