The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of Drainage In Gliwice, Divided Into 4 Parts In The Areas Of Jeziorna Street, Liliowa Street, Goździkowa Street, Lewkonii Street, Bławatków Street, Kossaka Street: Task 1 - Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System In Ul. Jeziorna In Gliwice, Including The Management Of Rainwater And Meltwater; Entirely In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As The Functional And Utility Program And Other Required Legal Provisions. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 6A To The Swz (For Task 1) And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5A To The Swz (For Task 1). For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Preparation Of Files In Pdf Format, In Accordance With The Guidelines For Web Content Accessibility 2.1 (Wcag 2.1) At Level Aa. Within Each Of The Tasks, The Order Will Be Implemented In Parts, In Accordance With Their Description In The Price Form Constituting An Annex To The Offer Form With The Content Of Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Required Warranty Period For Each Part: From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Until The Expiry Of The Guarantee And Warranty For The Object Made On The Basis Of The Prepared Documentation, But No Longer Than 5 Years From The Date Of The Protocol Acceptance Of The Final Subject Of The Contract. Requirements Regarding The Need To Employ Employees. The Ordering Party Formulates Requirements Regarding The Need To Employ Employees On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Based On Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. They Are Specified In Detail In Annex No. 5A (For Task 1) - Contract Template.
