The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Build System (Without Designing On The Contractors Side), Including The Delivery And Assembly Of A Platform For Disabled People Along With Works Adapting The Building Of The School Workshops Of The School Complex In Dobczyce To The Needs Of People With Disabilities. The Scope Includes In Particular:• Delivery And Assembly Of A Platform For Disabled People (Vertical/Stair Platform - In Accordance With The Parameters Indicated In The Technical Documentation Constituting Part Iii Of The Swz) Along With The Supporting/Bearing Structure, Power Supply And Commissioning;• Preparatory And Demolition Works Necessary For The Assembly Of The Platform And Adaptation Works Of The Building (Including In The Field Of Accesses, Landings, Platforms, Finishing And Restoration Of Elements Damaged During The Works) - In Scope Resulting From The Technical Documentation;• Electrical Installation Works In The Field Of Power Supply And Control Of The Platform, Together With The Necessary Protections And Tests/Measurements;• Carrying Out Tests, Commissioning, Adjustments And Putting The Platform Into Operation, Together With The Necessary Documents Authorizing Operation;• Preparation And Submission Of Complete As-Built Documentation, Including Certificates, Declarations Of Performance Properties, Platform Manual, Operating Instructions In Polish, Test And Measurement Protocols.
