Księdza Stefana Szymańskiego 5 In Oborniki, As Part Of The 4Th Stage Of Work.2. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On The Ordering Partys Premises And Facilities Where The Ordering Partys Statutory Activities Are Carried Out. The Contractor Undertakes To Take Into Account All Comments And Restrictions Of The Ordering Party In This Respect.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Order Documents, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And, Alternatively, In The Blind Cost Estimate Or, Alternatively, In The Bill Of Quantities (Hereinafter Referred To As The Bill Of Quantities) In The Swz, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.4. In The Attached Bill Of Quantities, The Works That Will Be Necessary To Complete The Order Are Marked In Green. The Remaining Part Of The Items Has Been Crossed Out (In Red).5. The Ordering Party Will Indicate In What Order The Construction Works Should Be Performed, I.E. From Which Places The Contractor Is To Start The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Were Also Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
