1) The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service Consisting In Preparing And Delivering Meals To The Primary School Of The 100Th Anniversary Of Polish Independence In Kalinówka In The School Year 2026/2027, Excluding The Period Of Christmas Breaks, School Holidays And Statutory Or Additional School Holidays. 2) The Ordering Party Plans To:1. Should Be Provided Daily For An Estimated Period Of 11 Months, Lunches For At Least 450 Students Per Day - For The School Canteen: For Primary School Students - Hot Meal: Two-Course Lunch - 300 Pieces (Over 10 Months Approx. 63,000 Pieces Of Lunch) For Kindergarten Students (Children Aged 3-6) - Set (Breakfast, Two-Course Dinner, Afternoon Snack) - 150 Pieces (Over 11 Months Approx. 34,650 Pieces Of Sets)4. If The Total Delivery Of Meals Is Lower Than Planned By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Claims In This Respect. 5. We Reserve The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Lunches Delivered On A Given Day, According To Students Orders. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order At The Level Of 40%. 6. The Number Of Meals Will Vary Depending On The Attendance Of Children, In Accordance With The Information Received From The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Number Of Meals In Accordance With The Demand Submitted For A Given Day.
