The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of A Two-Day Working Meeting Of Feniks, Hereinafter Referred To As The Meeting, For 100 People - Employees Of The Ordering Party, Provincial Construction Supervision Inspectorates, The Center For Eu Transport Projects, The Ministry Of Funds And Regional Policy And Representatives Of Other Beneficiaries Of Similar Projects Of Pt Feniks.2. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of The Basic Order Referred To In Section 3, And The Order Covered By The Option Referred To In Section 4.3. The Implementation Of The Basic Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Tasks: 1) Conference Room And Additional Areas For The Needs Of The Organized Meeting, 2) Conference Room Equipment And Technical Equipment Along With The Necessary Service, 3) Catering For All Meeting Participants Along With The Necessary Service And Catering Infrastructure, 4) Accommodation, 5) Musical Setting.4. The Order Covered By The Option Includes The Translation Of All Sessions Of The Meeting On September 29-30, 2026 Into Pjm Sign Language By A Pjm Interpreter(S).5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A Description Of The Location And Requirements Of The Facility Where The Meeting Will Be Organized, Can Be Found In: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.6. To Perform The Order, The Ordering Party Requires Employment Based On An Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Act - Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended), At Least One Person Referred To In § 12 Section 1 Point 2, In Connection With § 7 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz), I.E. Acting As The Contract Coordinator, Continuously Throughout The Contract Implementation Period.7. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 96 Of The Act Requires: 1) In Terms Of Social Aspects, That The Contractor Or Subcontractor, During The Term Of The Contract, Complies With The Principles Of Decent Work, I.E.
