1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Minibus - A 9-Seater Car (8 People + Driver) Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Including One Person In A Wheelchair. 2. The Car Must Meet The Technical Conditions Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Technical Specification Of The Vehicle. The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer If Its Content Is Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order. 3. Task Co-Financed By The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons Under Area D Of The Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii.4. The Car Must Meet The Conditions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended), As Well As The Conditions Provided For In The Provisions Of Community Law Of The European Union For Passenger Cars.5. The Delivered Car Should Have A Set Of Documents Necessary For Registration In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In Poland, On The Basis Of Admission To Traffic (Sales Invoice, Inspection - Technical Examination And Approval Or Examination Of A Diagnostic Station Confirming That After Adaptation The Car Is Adapted To The Transport Of Disabled Persons) In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended)6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Certificates For The Elements Used For Adaptation And Assembly Of Components/Elements Adapted For Disabled People.7. The Delivered Car Should Have A Set Of Two Original Keys And The Cars Warranty/Service Book.8. The Car Must Be Marked In Accordance With Road Traffic Regulations (Covering The Car With Emblems Informing About The Transport Of Disabled People).9. In The Bid Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, The Contractor Will Declare That The Offered Car: - Is Brand New, Manufactured In 2026, Is Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Third-Party Rights, And Is Not Subject To Any Proceedings And That It Is Not The Subject Of Any Contract; - Is Authorized By The Manufacturer To Sell The Car And Provide Warranty Service; - Has Approval Certificates Issued In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Which He Will Present On The Day Of Delivery And Release Of The Car; At The Time Of Delivery And Release Of The Vehicle, He Will Have The Legal Title To Dispose Of It In An Unlimited Manner, Unencumbered By Any Rights Of Third Parties.10. As Part Of The Submitted Offer, The Ordering Party Requires The Address Of An Authorized Service Station Where Warranty Repairs And Warranty Inspections Will Be Performed, Within A Distance Of 100 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office.11. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Opz (Annex No. 4 To The Swz) Constituting An Annex To This Specification Of Procurement Conditions, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz.
