The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Brand New Passenger Cars, Manufactured In 2026, Free From Damage And Physical And Legal Defects, And Compliant With The Standards And Technical And Operational Requirements In Force In The Republic Of Poland, For The Podlasie Agricultural Advisory Center In Szepietowo. Part 1 Of The Order - Delivery Of 5 Compact Suv/Crossover Passenger Cars. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Cars, Is Set Out In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Technical And Operational Parameters Provided By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 1A To The Swz Constitute The Minimum Requirements. Failure Of The Offered Cars To Have Any Required Parameter Gives The Ordering Party Grounds To Reject The Offer. The Contractor May Offer Cars With Better Parameters Than Those Described By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 1A. The Parameters Of The Offered Cars Should Be Described In Annex 1A To The Swz, Which Should Be Submitted With The Offer Form.
