Tenders Are Invited For Transportation Of Students To Schools In The Policzna Commune In The School Year 2026/2027

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Transport Of Students To Educational Institutions (Policzna Educational Facilities Complex And The School And Kindergarten Complex In Czarnolesie) In The Policzna Commune, Along With The Transportation Of These Students After Classes To Their Place Of Residence In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 30, 2027, As Well As Providing Care For Transported Children During The Journey And When Boarding And Disembarking From Vehicles. 2. A Detailed List Of Schools, Routes And The Number Of Students Transported On Individual Routes Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Organization Of The Routes.3. Transport And Pick-Up Of Students To And From Facilities Will Take Place On School Days, Determined On The Basis Of The Regulation Issued Pursuant To Art. 47 Section 1 Point 6 Of The Act Of December 14, 2016 - Education Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 737).4. If School Classes Are Made Up On Another Day Off Or The School Organizes Care And Educational Activities, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Transport Of Children In Accordance With The Timetable Established By The Ordering Party.5. Transport Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Detailed Schedule Prepared By The School Directors And Provided To The Contractor.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Buses Used To Provide The Student Transport Service Must Be Technically Fully Operational. In This Respect, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Provisions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502).7. Transport And Pick-Up Of Students From Schools Is To Take Place Regardless Of Weather Conditions And Vehicle Failure Rates (Excluding Force Majeure, E.G. Snowdrifts, Road Breakthroughs And Traffic Jams, Floods, Etc.).8. The Means Of Transport In Terms Of The Number Of Seats Are To Be Adapted To The Number Of Children Transported On Individual Routes In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Specification9. Child Care During Transport Is Organized And Provided By The Contractor.10. In The Event Of A Breakdown, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Vehicle.
