The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Special Equipment In The Form Of Tactical Clothing For The Atk Group Of The Provincial Police Headquarters In Łódź And Police Units Of The Łódź Garrison, The Management Board In Łódź Of The Central Bureau Of Investigation Of The Police And The Management Board In Łódź Of The Central Bureau For Combating Cybercrime. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) In Annex No. 3 To Swzunit Prices Given In The Assortment And Price Form In The Annex No. 2 To The Swz Will Not Change Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Subject To The Provisions Contained In § 13 In The Contract Template - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Assortment Must Be Brand New, Complete, And From Current Production. The Size And Color Of The Ordered Clothing Will Not Affect The Price Of The Product. The Contractor Will Provide All Tailoring Accessories On His Own. The Order Must Be Made In Accordance With The Art Of Tailoring, With Due Care. The Tailoring Accessories Used Must Be Durable And Reliable. Transport Costs And Other Fees/Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Were Included In The Value Of The Assortment Listed In The Assortment And Price Form In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Complete The Order At A Level Not Less Than 70% Of The Contract Value. The Ordering Party Provides For The Right To Option Upon Obtaining Additional Financial Resources. Deliveries Of The Product In Question Will Be Made At Unit Prices Indicated In The Product And Price Form In Annex 2 To The Swz. Under The Contract, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right To Purchase An Additional Quantity Of The Product In Question Listed In The Assortment And Price Form, Up To A Maximum Of 50% Of The Basic Gross Value Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About Exercising The Option Right During The Duration Of The Contract, No Later Than 15 Days Before The End Of The Contract. The Ordering Party May Use The Option Right Multiple Times, Until The Maximum Value Specified In The Offer Is Exhausted. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Part Of The Order Defined As The Option Right Is An Entitlement, And Not The Obligation Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party May Not Exercise The Option Right, Or Use It To A Lesser Extent Than Specified Above, In Particular In The Event Of Failure To Obtain Financial Resources For This Purpose, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect, Which He Hereby Accepts By Signing This Agreement.
