The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract (Opz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As An Annex To The Public Procurement Contract.3. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template).4. The Ordering Party Specifies That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Copyright To The Materials Produced To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Contract Template.5.
