Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Used Medium Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For The Volunteer Fire Department In Przybysławice

1) The Order Includes The Purchase Of A Used Medium Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For The Przybysławice Volunteer Fire Department. 2) The Medium Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Taking Into Account The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles In Accordance With: A) The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Together With Implementing Regulations. B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Used To Ensure Public Safety Or Protection Of Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item 1002) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of April 27, 2010, Or In The Case Of A Vehicle Imported From Abroad - With A Positive Technical Opinion Issued By Cnbop.3) The Used Vehicle Must Be Technically Fully Functional4) Produced No Earlier Than In 2000 And No Later Than 2005.5) It Must Have All The Necessary Documents Required By Law For Registration As Special Vehicle.6) The Price Of The Vehicle Should Include Marking Of The Vehicle With Operational Numbers, The Name Of The Unit And Other Data Provided By The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Order.7) The Vehicle Must Have A Cnbop Certificate Of Conformity No Later Than On The Day Of Collection Or, In The Case Of A Vehicle Imported From Abroad - A Positive Technical Opinion Issued By Cnbop, After Equipping It With Specialized Equipment Belonging To The Przybysławice Volunteer Fire Department, Delivered To The Contractor At The Stage Of Order Execution.8) The Above-Mentioned Specialized Equipment That Is Not The Subject Of The Order, Includes: Power Generators, Slurry Motor Pump, Floating Motor Pump, Petrol Chainsaw, Hand Cutter, Chain Saw.9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Cnbop Certificate Of Conformity Or A Positive Technical Opinion Issued By Cnbop At His Own Expense And Risk Before The Final Acceptance Of The Vehicle.10) After Obtaining A Positive Technical Opinion, The Equipment Belonging To The Przybysławice Volunteer Fire Department Will Constitute An Integral Part Of The Subject Order.11) The Vehicle Must Be Registered In Poland Before Final Acceptance.12) If The Offered Vehicle Is Not Registered In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fully Register It In Poland, At His Own Expense And Risk.13) Registration Must Be Completed And Confirmed With A Registration Certificate (Permanent Or Temporary) No Later Than On The Day Of Collection Of The Vehicle.14) The Vehicle Must Have Valid Third-Party Liability Insurance, A Warranty Card In Polish, And An Operating Manual In Polish.
