1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Complete Data Backup System, Including: 1) Backup Server With A Disk Repository, 2) Software For Making And Managing Backup Copies, 3) Lto-8 Tape Library (Autoloader), 4) Lto-8 Tape Media, 5) Ups Uninterruptible Power Supply, 6) Backup System Administration Station (Portable Privileged Access Station), 7) Complete Cabling,8) Set Of Licenses, Activation Keys, Installation Media And Manufacturers Documentation.2. The System Must Ensure 14-Day Retention Of Backup Copies On A Disk Repository In Immutable Mode And 12-Month Retention Of Long-Term Copies On Tape Media (Air-Gap).3. All Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Fully Compatible With Each Other And Create A Coherent, Ready-To-Run System. The Offered Tape Library And Server Must Be On The Compatibility List (Hcl / Compatibility List) Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Backup Software.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Provided In Chapter Ii Of The Swz. Note: Whenever The Swz, Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Tender Form, Draft Provisions Of The Contract Or Other Procurement Documents Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source, Specific Process, Manufacturer, Supplier, Proper Name, Type, Model, Standard, Approval, Technical Specification, Certificate Or Other Marking That May Indicate A Specific Product, Solution Or Manufacturer, It Should Be Assumed That Such Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Such Indications Are Only Auxiliary And Serve To Determine The Minimum Required Quality, Technical, Functional Or Utility Standard Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Products, Devices, Equipment, Elements Or Solutions, Provided That They Meet All The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Tor And Ensure The Achievement Of The Purpose, Function And Purpose Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Consider Products, Devices, Equipment, Elements Or Solutions To Be Equivalent If They: 1) Have Technical, Quality, Operational And Utility Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) Ensure Full Functionality Required By The Ordering Party; 3) Are Compliant With Applicable Provisions Of National Law And Eu Regulations Appropriate For A Given Type Of Delivery;4) Have The Required Documents Authorizing Use, Declarations Of Conformity, Certificates, Technical Documentation, Operating Manuals Or Other Documents, If Required For A Given Product Or Device;5) Are Compatible With Other Elements Of The Subject Of The Order And Enable Its Correct, Safe And Uninterrupted Operation;6) Do Not Limit The Functionality, Durability, Safety, Efficiency, Warranty Conditions, Service Or The Possibility Of Using The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose;7) Do Not Cause The Ordering Party To Have To Incurring Additional Costs Of Adaptation, Purchase Of Additional Equipment, Change Of Infrastructure
