The Subject Of The Order Is The Cleaning And Washing Of Equipment Included In The Slag Valorization Installation, Along With The Cleaning And Washing Of Linear Drainage And Floors Of The Slag Valorization Hall At The Thermal Waste Processing Plant In Krakow.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1 To Swz.3. Place Of Execution Of The Contract: Waste Thermal Transformation Plant In Kraków (Ul. Jerzego Giedroycia 23, 31-981 Kraków).4. Before Submitting The Offer, The Ordering Party Provides For A Mandatory On-Site Visit Of The Contractors Representative Submitted Via The Platform (Referred To In Point 1.2 Of The Swz) Or The E-Mail Address [email protected] At Least 1 Day Before The Date Of The On-Site Visit. Together With The Offer, The Contractor Must Submit A Declaration On The On-Site Visit Constituting Annex 7 To The Swz.
