Tenders Are Invited For Transport Service For Students With Diagnosed Disabilities And Special Education Needs, Including Care During Transport In The 2026/2027 School Year.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Transport Service Consisting In The Transport Of Students With A Certified Disability And A Certified Need For Special Education, Along With The Provision Of Care During Transport, To Specialized Educational Institutions Located In The Kraków Commune, Wieliczka Commune, Skawina Commune, Świątniki Górne Commune And Myślenice Commune, As Well As Their Return After School, In The 2026/2027 School Year. Care Is Provided During Transport And When Getting In And Out Of The Vehicle. It Is Not Allowed For The Driver Of A Vehicle To Be Also A Guardian. The Provision Of The Service Constitutes The Implementation Of The Communes Own Obligatory Task In The Field Of Education, Resulting From Art. 39 Section 4 Of The Act Of December 14, 2016 - Education Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1043, As Amended), According To Which The Commune Is Obliged To Provide Disabled Students With Free Transport And Care During Transport To The Appropriate Educational Institution Indicated In The Decision On The Need For Special Education. The Commune Fulfills This Obligation By Organizing Transport Itself Or Commissioning It To An External Entity (Article 39A(1) Of The Education Law Act).
