The Subject Of The Order Under Task 1 Is The Delivery Of A Cabinet (1 Piece). The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer. The Objective Scope, Quantitative Scope And Detailed Parameters/Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Terms Of Reference. The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Terms Of Reference Should Be Treated As Specifying The Required Minimum Level Of Requirements, Technical Parameters, Features, Functions. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Brand New, Without Previous Use, Not Post-Exhibition, Free From Quantitative And Qualitative Defects, With Technical Parameters Indicated In Annex No. 3 To The Terms Of Reference. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery, Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party And Assembly Of Furniture At The Ordering Partys Premises. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is: In The Scope Of Task Number 1 - 3 Years From The Date Of Handing Over The Subject Of The Contract Confirmed By The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Without Comments. The Deadline For Completion Of The Entire Order, Including Assembly, In The Scope Of Task Number 1 - Up To 4 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Designed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract: A Contract Will Be Signed With The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected In This Procedure In Accordance With The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Specification Of Conditions Orders.
