Tenders Are Invited For Development Of A Community Center As A Day Support Facility For Children And Youth In The Łazy Commune. Providing A Catering Service For Participants Of Classes At A Community Center In Łazy.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services Consisting In Preparing, Delivering And Serving Meals (Sets), Ensuring Cleanliness While Eating And Cleaning The Room From Garbage And Food Leftovers For Participants Of The Community Center In Łazy. 2. The Catering Service Includes: Refreshments In The Form Of A Warm Early Dinner For Each Child. The Exact Time Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party, But It Is To Take Place Between 4:00 P.M. And 6:00 P.M. It Is Allowed To Serve Soup With Meat Once A Week And A Drink And Main Course Four Times A Week With A Drink. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor By 15:15 About The Number Of Meals Ordered On A Given Day. 3. The Ordering Party Determines The Size Of The Subject Of The Order During The Duration Of The Contract (Expected Completion Date: 35 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract) At 17,500 Meals (I.E. Approx. 140 Weeks/700 Working Days For Approx. 25 Children Per Day). The Number Of Children And The Number Of Meals Are Estimated Numbers And As Such Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims As To The Quantities Actually Ordered By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract Regarding This Public Procurement. 4. Meals Will Be Delivered Every Day From Monday To Friday, Except Public Holidays And Other Days Free From Educational Activities. In An Exceptional Situation Related To A Change In The Organization Of The Working Day Of The Community Center, Meals Will Be Delivered At Other Hours - After Prior Arrangement With The Contractor.
