1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Providing Transport Services For Disabled Students. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Transport Of Students By Means Of Transport Takes Place On Days When Students Attend School, Excluding Days Set By The Ordering Party, At Times Enabling Students To Arrive At School, No Later Than 10 Minutes Before The Scheduled Start Time Of School Classes, And Leave The School At The Time Set By The Ordering Party. Transport Hours Will Be Presented To The Carrier After The School Schedule Has Been Established By School Principals.2) Estimated Total Number Of Vehicle Kilometers: 315 Km Per Day X 188 Days Of School = 59,220 Km. The Expected Number Of Students Covered By Transport – 26 People. 3) The Scope Of The Service Will Include: A) Collection Of Children From Home At The Indicated Addresses - Pickup Times Are Agreed By The Carrier And The Parents, B) Delivery To Educational Institutions At The Indicated Address, C) Collection Of Children From Educational Institutions, D) Delivery Of Children Home To The Indicated Addresses. 4) In Addition, The Carrier: A) Is Obliged To Provide Care For Children During Transport. The Guardian Should Be An Adult, With No Criminal Record, Who Has Full Legal Capacity And Has Completed The Training Referred To In Art. 6 Section 3A Of The Act Of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), The Guardian Is Obliged To Ensure The Full Safety Of Transported Children During Transport, Until The Parent/Guardian Picks Up The Child. B) Will Provide Active Assistance To Children When Boarding, Taking Seats And Leaving The Vehicle; C) Will Ensure That Each Child Is Fastened With A Seat Belt During Transport; D) In The Event Of A Vehicle Breakdown, He Is Obliged To Provide Replacement Transport; E) Is Fully Responsible For The Actions Of The Guardian And For The Safety Of Children During The Performance Of The Contract In Question; F) Is Fully Liable For Damage Resulting From The Movement Of Vehicles And The Transport Of Disabled Persons, Taking Into Account The Applicable Rules Resulting From Compulsory Third-Party Liability Insurance.
