1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Transport Service For Students And Children To Schools And Swimming Pools In The Bytoń Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year. The Services That Are The Subject Of The Proceedings Will Be Provided To Students And Children Attending The School And Kindergarten Complex In Morzyce And Witów, Which Includes: - Primary School. Marii Konopnicka In Morzyce And Witów, Morzyce 27, - Public Kindergarten In Morzyce, Morzyce 27 - In Accordance With The Description Of The Routes Attached Below. 2) Transport And Pick-Up Of Students And Children Should Be Ensured On School Days Provided For In The Organization Of The School Year Specified By The Minister Of National Education And Changes Determined By The Decision Of School Principals. 3) It Is Expected That Transport Services Will Be Provided On School Days From 6:45 A.M. To 3:45 P.M. 4) Before Starting To Perform The Service That Is The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Receive From The Ordering Party A Detailed List Containing The Transport Start Times, Detailed Routes And Stops Of Individual Courses. 5) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Changing The Frequency Of Courses, The Route/Stops In Individual Tasks, As Well As Changing (Up And Down) The Length Of The Course Route, If There Are Circumstances Justifying The Need For Such Changes. Such Circumstances Include In Particular: Changes In School Hours, Random Accidents Of Students Resulting In The Extension Of The Course Route, And An Increase Or Decrease In The Number Of Students Transported On Individual Routes. The Above Changes Only Result In A Reduction Or Extension Of The Course Route. However, This Does Not Affect The Rate Per 1 Km Offered By The Contractor. 6) The Service Of Transporting Students And Children Must Be Provided By Buses That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment, Including Those Meeting The Conditions For School Buses Specified In § 22 Of This Regulation.7) Transport Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport, On The Basis Of Permits For Regular Special Services Passenger Transport In National Road Transport, Issued By Authorized Local Government Bodies.8) The Ordering Party Requires That The Buses Used To Provide The Student Transport Service Are Fully Technically Operational. In The Autumn And Winter Period, Vehicles Transporting Students And Children Must Be Heated. The Service Will Be Provided According To The Bus Timetable Agreed With The Director, Which Will Be Adapted To The Schedule Of These Units.
