Estimated Quantities Of Individual Types Of Fuel: A) Diesel Oil - 12,500 Liters Per Month, I.E. Approx. 150,000 Liters Per Year; B) Unleaded Petrol 95 - 225 Liters Per Month, I.E. Approx. 2,700 Liters Per Year3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Estimated Quantities Of Fuel To Be Purchased Are Indicative Values ​​And Do Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party, Who Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Amount Of Fuel Purchased By Plus/Minus 20% Per Month, Depending On The Needs.4. The Purchase Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Ad Hoc, Non-Cash Refueling Of Vehicles Using Fuel (Fleet) Cards At The Gas Station Of The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous.5. The Contractor Should Have At Least One Fuel Distribution Point In The City Of Oleśnica At A Distance From The Ordering Partys Headquarters Not Exceeding 4 Km.6. The Ordering Party Will Also Carry Out The Purchase By The Contractor Supplying Fuel To Machines And Devices At The Sewage Treatment Plant, The Heat Management Plant And In Smolna. These Facilities Are Equipped With Double-Jacketed Tanks With A Capacity Of 1,000 Liters.
