In The Appendices (Appendices 2: Description Of The Target State) The Requirements Set For The Procurement Target Are Described By Operational Area With Different Process Descriptions And Listed Requirements. The Purpose Of This Is To Express To Bidders The Minimum Requirements For Operational Control. In Addition, Goals For The Development Of Current Operations Have Been Described.
