Public Road Transport Services – Announcement Of An Open Public Tender For The Assignment Of The Exclusive Right To Perform Public Regular [Intercity] Road Transport Of Passengers By Buses In The Peloponnese Region With A Public Service Concession Agreement In Accordance With Regulation 1370/2007. The Object Of The Contract Is The Execution And Exclusive Exploitation Of Regular Public Long-Distance Passenger Road Transport, -As Well As Accompanied Parcels Over 10 Kg Or Unaccompanied Parcels- By Buses In The Peloponnese Region And In Particular On The Network Shown In Appendix Iv Of The Declaration Through A Concession Contract For Public Passenger Transport Services, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law 4974/2022 And In Particular, Chapter E, As Well As Regulation (Ec) 1370/2007. Specifically, The Subject Of The Contract Is The Granting Of The Right To Exclusive Exploitation Of Public Regular Long-Distance Passenger Bus Transport In The Peloponnese Region, With An Estimated Value Of €325,000,000.00 Plus Vat [That Is, €32,500,000 Per Year, For Ten (10) Years]. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To A Total Of €325,000,000.00 Excluding Vat Of 13% (Estimated Value Including Vat: €367,250,000.00). Including An Option, If Exercised Under The Terms And Conditions Of Paragraph 4 Of Article 4 Of Regulation (Ec) 1370/2007, The Estimated Value Of The Contract May Amount To €487,500,000.00 Excluding Vat 13% (Estimated Value Including Vat: €550,875,000.00).
