A Particular Focus Is On Addressing Suitable Women, As They May Be Underrepresented In Certain Areas. Communication With Applicants Should Be Carried Out In Gender-Appropriate Language. The Service Provider Creates Short Profiles Of Suitable Candidates And Assumes An Interface Role Between Bielefeld University And The Candidates. The Selection Interviews And The Final Selection Decision Are Made By Bielefeld University. The Framework Agreement Should Be Concluded With A Maximum Of Three Contractual Partners. The Term Is Initially One Year And Can Be Extended Up To A Maximum Total Term Of Four Years.
