The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Dairy Sewage Collection Center At The Tychy-Urbanowice Sewage Treatment Plant (Including The Transfer Of The Proprietary Rights To This Design Documentation To The Ordering Party, Obtaining All Consents And Permits Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction Works And Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Works) And Implementation Of The Investment Task On Its Basis. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz (Functional And Utility Program) And In The Significant Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 8 To The Swz).
