The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of The Option Right, In Accordance With Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Act On Public Procurement. The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Turnkey Execution Of Construction And Electrical Works As Well As The Necessary Design Work In The Scope Of Construction And Delivery Of Photovoltaic Installations, Divided Into The Guaranteed Part And The Optional Part Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E.: Task No. 1 - Guaranteed Scope - Design And Turnkey Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation Entitled Pv Lubno Iii With An Installed Capacity Of Up To 48 Mw, Without Delivery Of Modules And Inverters, In Accordance With The Ffu [Purchase And Delivery On The Ordering Partys Side And Arrangement And Installation On The Contractors Side] - Basic Scope Of The Order - Minimum Guaranteed Order Quantity, Task No. 2 - Optional Scope - Delivery Of Photovoltaic Modules And Inverters To The Investment Site [In Accordance With The Ffu]. Photovoltaic Installation Titled Lubno Iii Must Be Constructed In Such A Way That It Has The Status Of A Renewable Energy Source Installation In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of February 20, 2015 On Renewable Energy Sources (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 68, As Amended). The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Turnkey Execution Of Construction And Electrical Works As Well As Necessary Design Work In The Scope Of Construction And Delivery Of A Photovoltaic Installation Called: Pv Lubno Iii With An Installed Capacity Of Up To 48 Mw Together With The Gpo Station, Along With The Construction Of Connections And Other Power And Telecommunications Infrastructure, As Well As Carrying Out All Design Works Required By The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, The Provisions Of The Applicable Law And The Distribution System Operator (Construction Designs, Including Replacement, Executive And As-Built Documentation), Acceptance And Tests Conditioning The Commissioning And Commissioning Of The Photovoltaic Installations. The Implementation Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Includes The Performance Of All Tasks, Obligations Arising From Contracts, Decisions, Agreements, Arrangements, Permits And Conditions Necessary To Launch The Photovoltaic Installation, As Well As Carrying Out All Requirements Provided For By The Ordering Party, Manufacturers Of Photovoltaic Panels And The Distribution System Operator, Existing Permits, Contractors Permits, Provisions Of Applicable Law And Standards, Acceptance And Tests, Along With Obtaining The Missing Construction Permits, Occupancy Permits And Handing Over The Photovoltaic Installation For Commercial Operation In Accordance With The Pfu, Hrf And The Agreement.
