Facilities Not Eligible For A Purchase Contract Taken Pursuant To A Decree Mentioned In Article R. 314-12 Of The Energy Code Are Eligible For The Call For Tenders. Facilities Which Have, Under The Decree Of 13.12.2016 Setting The Conditions For Additional Remuneration For Electricity Produced By Electricity Production Installations Using Mechanical Wind Energy, A Request For A Supplementary Remuneration Contract Declared Complete By Edf Or A Supplementary Remuneration Contract Signed In Advance And Not Yet Having Taken Effect Are Also Eligible: The Characteristics Of The Installation Mentioned In The Candidates Offer (In Particular Power And/Or Number Of Masts) May Differ From The Characteristics Mentioned In The Aforementioned Contract Request Or Contract Signed In Advance. The Cumulative Power Demand Is Divided Into Application Periods, Spanning Five Years. The Candidate Whose Offer Has Been Accepted Undertakes To Ensure That The Completion Of Its Installation Takes Place Before The Deadline Defined By The Specifications.
