The Single Lot Concerns The Supply Of Electrical Pulse Weapons (A.I.E.), Complete With Accessories, Consumables, Data Management Systems, Software, Telematic Devices And Related Training, Maintenance And Technical Assistance Services, To Meet The Joint Needs Of The Carabinieri, The Guardia Di Finanza And The State Police. The Lot Includes, In Particular, The Supply Of A.I.E. Devices, Related Accessories And Consumables, As Well As The Provision Of Training, Maintenance, Technical Assistance, Data Management, Cloud Platform And Firmware Update Services, As Required By The Tender Documents, The Technical Specifications, The Framework Agreement And The Subsequent Purchase Orders And Implementing Contracts. Pursuant To Art. 58 Of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, The Contract Is Not Divided Into Lots Due To The Unitary And Functionally Integrated Nature Of The Supply And The Need To Guarantee Interoperability Of The Devices, Technological And Performance Uniformity, Safety Of Use, Data Traceability, Maintenance Continuity, Homogeneity Of The Training Standards And Unitary Responsibility Of The Supplier.
