Agency Fuel Cards – Supply Of Credit Cards For In-Station Fuel Supply, Electric Charging And Associated Services. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders With A Maximum Amount Set At 9,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Supply Of Credit Cards For The Supply Of Fuel At Stations, Electric Charging And Associated Services, For All The Services Of The Haute-Garonne Departmental Council On French Territory (Exceptionally Cross-Border). The Credit Card Must Allow Payment Of: - All Types Of Fuel And Ad Blue At The Station; - Manual Or Automatic Tolls On The Entire French Motorway Network (And Exceptionally Cross-Border) For Light And Utility Vehicles (Class 1 & 2); - Parking Lots, Including Parking Meters; - Washing In The Station; - Electric Vehicle Charging. Beyond The Services Stated Above, Accessible With The Card, The Holder Provides A Computerized Card Management Tool And Monitoring Of Fuel, Electricity And Toll Consumption. Conversely, The Following Services Are Excluded From The Market: - Electronic Toll Collection Using A Dedicated Badge; - The Supply Of Lubricants; - Miscellaneous Accessories (Bulbs, Windshield Wipers, Others, Etc.); - Vehicle Maintenance Or Repair; - In-Store Purchases (Food, Miscellaneous, Other, Etc.); - Online Payments
