Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Revitalization Of Visitor And Exhibition Spaces Of The Ostrava Museum And Creation Of New Permanent Exhibitions – Project Documentation. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Processing Of Project Documentation In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulation Of Procurement Procedures For The Selection Of Contractors For The Construction Itself (Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Award Of Public Contracts, As Amended By Later Regulations And Implementing Regulations), Namely Documentation At The Level Of Documentation For The Issuance Of A Joint Planning Permit (Dpz), Project Documentation Of Operational Files, Documentation For Construction Implementation (Dps) Including All Necessary Surveys. Furthermore, The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Engineering Activities And Copyright Supervision. As Part Of The Dpz Stage, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Submit A Summary Construction Budget (Cost Calculation) In The Form Of Aggregated Items And Building Objects, Which Will Meet All The Requirements Of The Methodological Instructions Of The Irop Program For The Stage Of Submitting A Subsidy Application. The Fulfillment Also Includes A Professional Assessment Of The Need To Use The Preliminary Information Institute According To § 174 Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act. If The Customer Decides To Use It, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Its Processing And Submission.
