The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation, Delivery And Distribution Of Lunches For Children From The School And Kindergarten Complex In Łady, Primary School. Fr. J. Poniatowski And Meals As Part Of The Program For Feeding The Poorest Children Implemented By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of: A) Preparing, Delivering And Serving Lunches For Children From The School And Kindergarten Complex In Łady Primary School. Długa 49, 05-090 Raszyn - Settlements Directly With The Parents/Legal Guardians Of Children Regarding The Input Into The Boiler, B) Preparing, Delivering And Serving Lunches For Children Under The Feeding Program For The Poorest Children Financed From The Ordering Partys Funds, C) Providing Canteen Rooms - The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Equip The Kitchen And Canteens With Equipment Necessary For Preparing And Serving Meals In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Regulations, In Particular Tableware, Cutlery, A Floor Scrubber, Cleaning And Dishwasher Chemicals, And Tableted Salt For Softeners For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. 2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Equip The Canteens With The Necessary Tableware (Plates And Cutlery), Tables And Chairs, And To Maintain Proper Order And Cleanliness In The Rented Rooms - In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Relevant Services. Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Rooms For Serving Meals Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Used By The Contractor When Performing The Service That Is The Subject Of The Order In The Field Of Preparing Lunches For Children Have Appropriate Qualifications And Experience Necessary To Perform The Service That Is The Subject Of The Order.
