Surveillance Services – Framework Service Agreement - Surveillance Of Grandlyon Habitat Receptions. The Purpose Of The Contract Is, In Accordance With Article L611-1 1° Of The Internal Security Code, By A Private Security Company, On Working Days, The Care, Protection, Surveillance And Management Of The Reception Desk At The Grandlyon Habitat Head Office (2, Place De Frankfurt 69444 - Lyon Cedex 03) And Occasionally, The Protection And Surveillance Of Local Agencies. The Above-Mentioned Services Are The Subject Of A Single Lot. - This Contract Constitutes: A Single-Award Framework Agreement Governed By Articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 Paragraph 2; R.2162-4 To R.2162-6; R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Framework Agreement Sets Out The Contractual Stipulations In A Firm Manner And Will Be Executed As And When Required By The Conclusion And Issuance Of Purchase Orders According To The Terms Defined In This Framework Agreement. A Framework Agreement With A Revisable Mixed Price Will Be Awarded, Entrusted To A Single Company Or A Group. In The Event Of A Group Application, The Representative Of The Group Must Be In Solidarity With Each Of The Members Of The Group.
