The Report Contains An Evidence-Based Recommendation As To Whether Surgery Is Medically Indicated Or Whether Conservative Treatment Is Preferable. If There Is A Deviation From The Initial Findings, A Doctor-Physician Contact Can Be Established At The Express Request Of The Insured Person. The Contractor Provides A Telephone Consultation Service (Mon-Fri, 9 A.M. To 6 P.M.) As Well As An Online And Postal Service. The Contractor Provides Dak-Gesundheit With Monthly Reports Based On Non-Insured-Related Statistical Key Figures. In Addition, The Contractor Carries Out Structured Follow-Up Surveys Of The Insured Persons For Quality Assurance And Evaluation, The Results Of Which Are Prepared In A Structured Evaluation Report And Made Available To Dak-Gesundheit. A Flat Rate Is Paid For Each Second Opinion Provided; The Framework Agreement Has A Term Of Two Years With Two Options For Extension Of One Year Each.
