Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection Of Solid Waste And Post-Consumer Leftovers From The Independent Public Provincial Hospital In Szczecin At Ul. Arkońska And Ul. Sokołowski. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection Of Solid Waste And Post-Consumer Waste From The Independent Public Provincial Hospital In Szczecin At Ul. Arkońska And Ul. Sokołowski. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, And In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Independent Public Provincial Hospital In Szczecin, Based At Ul. Arkońska 4, 71-455 Szczecin, Located At Ul. Arkońska And Ul. Sokołowski. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Elements (Parts) Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. If The Contractor Intends To Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In His Offer The Parts Of The Order (Material Scopes) The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Such Indication Should Be Included In The Offer. If Subcontracting Is Not Indicated In The Offer, The Contractor Will Be Able To Introduce A Subcontractor Only On The Terms Specified In The Contract. 6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Staff Under An Employment Contract To Perform Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order, Consisting Of: 1) Collecting Waste Containers From The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located On The Premises Of Spwsz In Szczecin, 2) Placing Empty Containers In Designated Places Located On The Premises Of Spwsz In Szczecin, 3) Collecting Waste On The Dates And At Times Agreed With The Ordering Party, 4) Loading Waste And Securing It Appropriately During Transport, 5) Issuing Confirmation Of Receipt Of Waste Containers, 6) Removing Waste From The Waste Yard Arising During Waste Collection, 7) Knowing And Complying With Current Legal Regulations Regarding Waste Management, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended, Hereinafter Referred To As Kp) 7. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Pzp, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract. 8. The Orders Referred To In Point 7 Above Will Consist In The Repetition Of Services Consistent With The Services That Are The Subject Of This Order And Services Similar To Them In The Technological Aspect Of Their Implementation. The Scope Of Services Constituting The Subject Of The Orders Referred To In Point 7 Above Will Include The Collection Of Solid Waste And Room Waste.
