Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy - Purchase Of Electricity For The Facilities Of Dąbrowskie Wodociągi Sp. Z O. O. For The Years 2028 - 2029. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity With A Total Estimated Volume Of 12,215.016 Mwh (+ 15% - The Indicated Positive Tolerance Regarding The Volume Of Electricity Being The Subject Of The Order Should Be Understood As An Option Right Within The Meaning Of Article 441 Of The Public Procurement Law) In The Period From January 1, 2028 To December 31, 2029 And Performing The Function Of The Entity Responsible For Trade Balancing (Pob) For All Ppe Of The Ordering Party, Including Two Ppe In The Direction Of Procurement And Production. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Therefore, The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Section 15 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Fact That The Implementation Of Its Individual Parts By Different Contractors Would Not Be Rational And Would Be Inconsistent With One Of The Overarching Principles Of Public Procurement, Which Is Efficiency And Economy. Execution Of The Order By Different Contractors Would Lead To Excessive Costs Of Order Execution.
