The Subject Of The Tender Is The Award Of A Concession To Plan, Build And Operate An Ecologically Sustainable, Secure And High-Performance Gigabit Network In An Fttb/Ftth Structure In The Defined, Underserved Expansion Area. The Aim Is To Provide Comprehensive Coverage Of Broadband Telecommunications Services, In Particular Telephony And High-Bit-Rate Internet Access Products, For Both Private And Business Customers. All Necessary Planning And Coordination Services Are Also Part Of The Service. If An Alternative, Technologically Equivalent Network Structure Is Provided, The Equivalence Must Be Presented In A Plausible And Comprehensible Manner As Part Of The Offer. The Planning, Expansion And Commissioning Of The Gigabit Network Must Be Carried Out In Such A Way That Overall Completion And Operational Readiness Are Achieved By Mid-2029 At The Latest. Partial Commissioning Does Not Count As Acceptance. The Bidders Must Clearly And Comprehensibly Explain In Their Offers Whether And How They Will Meet And Implement The Stated Requirements For The Operation Of The Gigabit Network. The Project Is Funded As Follows: - Guideline Funding To Support The Gigabit Expansion Of Telecommunications Networks In The Federal Republic Of Germany - Federal Gigabit Guideline 2.0 Dated March 31, 2023 In The Version Dated April 30, 2024 - Guideline On The Co-Financing Of The Funding Of Gigabit Expansion By The Federal Government In The Free State Of Bavaria (Bavarian Co-Financing Gigabit Guideline 2.0 - Kofgibitr 2.0) In The Version Dated July 20, 2023 The Subsequent Contractor Must Comply With All Requirements Of The Funding Notifications On Which The Project Is Based, Including Additional Provisions, Notes, Conditions, Information Sheets And Appendices, As Well As The Relevant Funding Programs.
